HTML Preview in Alfresco done right

Alfresco Community defaults to leverage LibreOffice for HTML webpreview generation. I think this is wrong. For obvious reasons.

A good reason to finally address ALF-11942 if you ask me. ?

Joking aside: I have seen LibreOffice ending up in an infinite loop while rendering HTML pretty frequently. And I never understood the point of creating PDF (web!)previews for HTML at all.

Just found raw HTML works pretty nice for Email viruses previews as well:
